While Joni and Renna collect evidence of the High Admiral's plans on Station Seven, Expedition Team Alpha steals away and heads back to the deadly jungles of Shrendder-X9. They have two missions. The first, to save Farris from the horrors of the Shraldenner. Mission two, retrieve the Cyclar and keep it out of the High Admiral's hands at all costs. Joined by Commander Harkin and trusty nurse Carlos, Expedition Team Alpha faces more dangers in the jungle, they just risked their lives to escape.

Far away on the Planet Trenderia, the other survivors of the massacre on Shrendder, have been given another chance to explore. Antonio, Val, Holley and Alli are sent to investigate strange low frequency sounds away from the base. What they uncover could unlock immeasurable power.
